Pick-up
At Tilbox, we offer a convenient pick-up service for all your orders. You can collect your order for free at our location in Valkenswaard. This corresponds to the Ex Works (EXW Valkenswaard Incoterms® 2020) delivery condition. If you place your order before 1 p.m., you can pick it up the next business day, provided the products are in stock. We'll make sure your order is carefully prepared and ready for you. If an item is not in stock, you will receive an email notification as soon as it's ready for collection.

Shipments
Your order will be delivered by Tilbox to the delivery address you provided. This corresponds to the Delivered At Place (DAP Incoterms® 2020) delivery condition. Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be delivered in approximately four days, depending on the delivery address. Please note: if an item (or a part of an item) is not in stock, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
Shipping costs
The calculation of shipping costs depends on the order value and the country. You can view the shipping costs in this document. Please contact sales if information is missing. Shipping to the United Kingdom is only possible when ordering through tilbox.uk. Visit the website for more information.
Changes to your order
Want to make a change to your order? This is possible as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Contact us for more information. Please note, this option only applies to standard items. Custom products cannot be returned after a final order.
Returns
At Tilbox, we make every effort to meet your expectations. However, we understand that you may need to return a product to us on occasion. Whether you have changed your mind or need a different size or colour, we are on hand to help you return your product. We offer our customers the option to return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of receipt of their order.
How do I return an order?
Please contact our Sales Department to arrange for the return of your order. We are always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. As soon as we have received and checked the returned products, we will refund or exchange them depending on your preference. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Terms & Conditions
- You can return your order within 30 days without providing a valid reason. This term starts upon receipt of your order.
- Returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is intact and undamaged. Please use the original packaging to return your product.
- Returns are at your own risk. Please note that we do not accept returns of custom products.
