Delivery & returns
At Tilbox, we offer a convenient pick-up service for all your orders. We understand that you may prefer to collect your order yourself in some cases. Our pick-up service is simple, efficient, and free! If you place your order before 1 pm, you can collect it the next working day, provided the products you ordered are in stock. We make sure your parcel will be waiting for you. If you order is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is reading for collection.

Orders placed before 1 pm will be delivered in about four days (depends on the delivery address). Please note: if (part of) a product is not in stock, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and country.
Changes to your order
Want to make a change to your order? This is possible as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Contact us for more information. Please note, this option only applies to standard items. Custom products cannot be returned after a final order.
At Tilbox, we make every effort to meet your expectations. However, we understand that you may need to return a product to us on occasion. Whether you have changed your mind or need a different size or colour, we are on hand to help you return your product. We offer our customers the option to return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of receipt of their order.
How do I return an order?
Please contact our Sales Department to arrange for the return of your order. We are always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. As soon as we have received and checked the returned products, we will refund or exchange them depending on your preference. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Terms & Conditions
- You can return your order within 30 days without providing a valid reason. This term starts upon receipt of your order.
- Returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is intact and undamaged. Please use the original packaging to return your product.
- Returns are at your own risk. Please note that we do not accept returns of custom products.
