Description

The spare wheel box is specially designed to securely store a spare wheel along with tools and materials during transportation. It is the ideal storage solution that combines functionality and convenience. Thanks to the flat floor design without a threshold, it's easy to place and remove the spare wheel. In the event that the driver finds themselves with a flat tire on the highway, quick action can be taken.

The box is constructed from 2mm zincor sheet metal, RAL9011 powder-coated, giving it a robust and corrosion-resistant build. The front features two T-drop locks for added security. Sturdy stainless steel hinges are mounted on the top of the lid, allowing it to open upward in a controlled manner, thanks to the gas struts. The opening is equipped with a channel, ensuring a tight seal when the lid is closed. This makes the spare wheel box splash-resistant.

Above the spare wheel, the box is equipped with floor supports on which a plywood floor can be attached. This provides extra storage space within the box. Materials and tools needed for changing a tire can be conveniently stored in one place, resulting in a user-friendly and time-saving benefit.

Please note: the spare wheel box is suitable for a wheel size of 1090 and is supplied without the floor and mounting supports.
